“Still Life has been around for centuries but an element often absent from conventional
paintings is animism - the attribution of a living soul to inanimate objects. My
paintings deal with this contemporary take on the Still Life theme, allowing the viewer
to decipher the relationships and humour that underscore my work.
I enjoyed the whole experience of working with Artizan Editions workshop - there was this
great feeling of all working for the same cause - (which was) to make a new, perfectly
executed, original piece of art.”

Chris had his work shown in the UK, Milan, New York and Swizerland. He has been involved
in showing with internationally recognised artist’s such as Gavin Turk and Tracey Emin.
He has also exhibited his work with new upcoming artist Antony Micallef.
